Meal Program

Children's Express Learning Center provides a full breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack each day. We follow the nutritional requirements established by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) administered by the Massachusetts Department of Elemetary and Secondary Education.

We supply infant fortified baby cereal.  Parents supply formula or breast milk and baby food.  Appropriate nutritional substitutions will be made for infants as they transition on to the meal plan.

Below is a sample of our menu, which changes monthly.  All families receive an updated menu before the start of each month.  We do make substitutions for allergies.  We serve whole milk for the younger children and 1% milk for the older children.  All juice is 100% fruit juice.
